Modern Wall to Wall Storage

For this installation our client recently had their attic converted and were in need of storage for all of the things they used to store in the attic.

We design and built this wall of storage to hold all of their stuff.

To maximise storage we built the unit around the chimney breast utilising the narrower central units to storage large art folders at the bottom and CDs in the middle section.

Rather than handles all of the doors have had a slot cut into them to act as a handle. The top left door and unit needed to be angled to follow the angle of the roof that protruded into the corner of the room. Although it doesn't look like it this door is hung from the right hand side to allow the door to still open. The decision was made to still put the handle on the right hand side to keep the units looking uniform from the room. A large chamfer was placed on the left hand edge of the door so it can still be opened easily.

Size - 430cm x 260cm
